We hope that when you make a purchase, you will be completely satisfied. Accordingly, we have strict procedures to ensure that only the highest quality artwork is offered to all our customers.

Quality Assurance Process - Artwork
All of mypopart.com products are subjected to a quality control process:
1) Checked initially by a mypopart.com art director
2) For artwork based on photos, customers will be able to review a digital proof of the final artwork and request modifications if necessary. We only ship finished product when you are completely satisfied with the artwork.

Damaged Orders
If any product is damaged when you receive it, please e-mail
returns@mypopart.com or call us. We will request that you repack it similar to the way you received it. You will be issued an RMA and UPS will pick it up from you within a few days. We will repair or replace it once we receive the package back. Transit damage occurs in less than 1% of all orders.

If you decide to order the same design on more of our products in the future, no additional designs fees will apply.
