Mypopart.com will only create artwork based upon the photograph the customer has supplied. Additional charges will be incurred if, after work has started, a different photograph is chosen.

Mypopart.com reserves the right change prices without notice. Work carried out, whether preliminary, experimentally or otherwise, at the customer's request, will be charged accordingly.

All special offers are valid for the time specified and cannot be used in conjunction with additional offers, previously or currently in place.

All gift certificates are valid for 12 months after the date of issue.

Customers buying gift certificates from a third party are also bound by these terms and conditions.

Mypopart.com takes into account, wherever possible, requests for specific colors. However, choice of colors used will be decided at the discretion of mypopart.com. Digital proofs sent to customers for approval indicate the palette of colors used in the final artwork. Variations in PC monitor calibrations will lead to slight differences in the colors of the final print compared to those appearing on screen.   

Mypopart.com will accept no liability for minor variations in the final print and trim size.   

Delivery charge is payable by the customer. Any special offers will be confirmed at the time of purchase. Delivery will be sent by UPS. International shipments customer is responsible for all duties and taxes. Mypopart.com cannot guarantee delivery times or dates due to circumstances beyond our control. While every care and precaution against loss or damage to originals or articles entrusted to mypopart.com will be taken, liability for loss or damage shall be limited to the invoice value of the reproduction. Mypopart.com will not be responsible for any photos lost or damaged.  If a photo supplied is of value, written notice must be given to mypopart.com so that insurance may be arranged and the cost of which will be passed on to the customer.

Without prejudice to other remedies, mypopart.com shall in respect of all unpaid debts due from the customer, retain title to the goods until such debts are paid. In the event of a customer being unable to pay debts, mypopart.com may recover the goods which are it property by virtue of this clause by means it deems necessary.

Mypopart.com shall not be required to produce any matter, which in its opinion is or may be of an illegal, immoral or libelous nature. Mypopart.com shall be indemnified by the customer in respect of any claims, costs and expenses arising out of any libelous matter printed for the customer or any infringement of trade marks, copyright, patent or design.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all material presented for photography, printing, copying, duplicating or any other form of reproduction is free from any third party claims for breach of copyright or license.

A request may be cancelled after work has been commenced provided all costs incurred up to the time of cancellation are paid.

All payments will be made in advance either by check or by credit/debit card prior to any work being carried out by mypopart.com.

Mypopart.com is not responsible for the care and handling of any prints once received by the customer. Mypopart.com is not liable for damage caused by third parties. Life expectancy and performance of any print is based on manufacturers and suppliers claims. Mypopart.com is not liable for any deviation in quality or consistency of printed images and media.

Mypopart.com reserves the rights to deny returns from customers with excessive return history.

Mypopart.com will return original photographs with completed artwork to customers.

7.75% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to California
